On 15 September 2021, the company invited our insurer to hold a health information seminar at the Company’s Hong Kong headquarters, to teach a set of effective prevention and improvement exercises for colleagues to avoid strain injury. Hope colleagues can learn to use simple movements to relieve back and shoulders pain.

The event was well attended and the feedback and vibes were good.
