Graduate Recruitment Program offers career talks in universities in March and April every year. The recruitment campaign attracts hundreds of applications from overseas and local fresh university graduates every year.

To enable the trainees to acquire in-depth professional textiles industrial knowledge as well as good understanding of the Group’s business operation, trainees will firstly go through comprehensive training on our Group’s products, production and operation process. Thereafter, different on-job and classroom training programs will be arranged whereby trainees can grasp more in-depth on-site operation, technical and sales knowledge as well as management skills.

The Group offers promising career prospects to trainees in line with individual’s strength and potential. Moreover, there are also opportunities to widen their horizon by working in different business units and even overseas appointments.
