Recreational Activities
Fountain Set has pleasure in organising varieties of recreational activities so as to foster good employee relations; enhance better internal communications; and, at the same time, create leisure and fun for our employees.

A Staff Recreation Committee has been set up to organize after-work activities for our employees such as bowling competitions, mahjong competitions, charity walks & etc.

Long Service Award
To recognize and praise for staff contribution and loyalty, the Long Service Award Scheme was set up to reward those with 10 years, 20 years and 30 years of service. There are over hundreds awardees every year.

 


Training & Development
Continuous learning and growth is crucial for our business growth and development. At Fountain Set, there are plenty of opportunities for learning and growth, both personally and professionally. Our training & development programs not only cover management skills, technical skills, language abilities, product knowledge, total quality management and etc, but also provide trainining and education sponsorship and subsidies for our employees.
