To recognize and praise for staff contribution and loyalty,
the Long Service Award Scheme was set up to reward those
with 10 years, 20 years and 30 years of service. There
are over hundreds awardees every year.
Training & Development
Continuous learning and growth is crucial for our business
growth and development. At the Group, there are plenty
of opportunities for learning and growth, both personally
and professionally. Our training & development programs
not only cover management skills, technical skills,
language abilities, product knowledge, total quality
management and etc, but also provide trainining and
education sponsorship and subsidies for our employees.
