Printing & Dyeing Co., Ltd. (“Lake Side”),
a subsidiary of the Group, was established in
July 1998 as a joint venture with Dougguan Shatian
Trade and Economic Development Company. |

Lake Side is the Group’s manufacturing
arm specializing in the production of printed
fabrics. It also produces piece dyed fabrics and
is equipped for fabric mercerization.
With approximately 3,500 staff, the plant is located in
a suburban town known as Shatin in Dongguan City
in Guangdong. The entire Lake Side plant occupies
an area of 1.53 million square feet with a total
floor area of about 800,000 square feet.

The plant’s main operation building
consists of eight storeys with approximately 90,000
square feet per level. There are seven blocks of staff
quarters erected on the plant to house all the staff
and workers.
Lake Side has installed more than 1,100
sets of production machinery and equipment. Details
of such machinery and equipment are as follows:
